19th annual Engineering Career Conference (ECC)

The Georgia Tech Women in Engineering Program is excited to announce the 19th annual Engineering Career Conference (ECC) for current female junior and senior high school students.

ECC is designed to give high school girls knowledge and information about the eleven engineering disciplines offered at Georgia Tech to help them decide if they'd like to study engineering in college, and, if so, which type of engineering is best for them.

This year's ECC will be held on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 8:30AM to 4:00PM in the Georgia Tech Student Center Ballroom.

Over the course of a day, prospective female students have the opportunity to hear directly from Georgia Tech's world-renowned faculty and current Tech students about the various engineering majors offered at GT.  In addition, attendees have the chance to meet with a GT Admissions Counselor to find out about the admissions process and the academic requirements necessary to be successful in engineering undergraduate programs.

The non-refundable registration fee for ECC is $25, which covers all materials as well as breakfast and lunch for each girl attending the program, and breakfast for parents or guardians and teachers.

The application link may be found at  http://forms.coe.gatech.edu/content/ecc-application.

Students interested in attending this event must register through the link listed above and should email a copy of their conference registration confirmation to College Counselor, Laurel Gross. The registration deadline for this conference is Friday, September 21st. Questions, email Mrs. Gross or stop by the Walton College Corner. If you have questions, email Mrs. Gross or stop by the Walton College Corner.
